Joe joined Esteem in 2004 as CEO to lead a Management Buy Out backed by private equity firm Primary Capital, and Lloyds TSB.

Joe's career in IT began at IBM.  Prior to joining Esteem he was the European Managing Director for Synstar where, having previously completed the Management Buy Out from Granada Computer Services, he went on to successfully float the company.  Joe remained at Synstar for a further 2 years following the flotation.

Joe’s vision for the future of Esteem is clear; to see Esteem recognised as one of the UK’s leading managed services providers.  As CEO, Joe is focused on the implementation of Esteem’s acquisition strategy.
