After completing a graduate training program with manufacturing company Hawker Siddley Dynamics, Keith worked in a number of IT roles at ICL, Computer Field Maintenance and Granada Computer Services. At Granada Keith was part of a Management Buy Out team which transformed the company into Synstar in 1997, which later floated on the London stock market. In 2004 Synstar was acquired by HP and as part of the acquisition Keith was appointed Director of the Strategy and Industry business unit.
Recently Keith worked for IT reseller Kelway UK Ltd as Service & Operations Director, with a major part of his role was overseeing the integration of Elcom into Kelway in 2007.
As Chief Technology Officer at Esteem, Keith is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of business focused IT solutions and on-going managed services to customers.
