We hold some of the highest accreditations with the world’s leading technology vendors
Quality is part of everything we do, so we are proud to be independently recognised for our quality management and standards through the following accreditations.
We have achieved two official ISO certifications, the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. These two certifications promote the high quality of our service, increased customer satisfaction, cutting-edge marketing and organisational strategies, as well as state-of-the-art data protection techniques and enhanced benchmarking.
ISO 27001 certification is designed exclusively for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It includes a number of control categories, such as information security policy, security organisation, personnel security, access controls and physical security. The ISO 27001 accreditation emphasises our commitment to hosting critical data and protecting customers’ valuable information by adhering to the most rigorous procedures that govern security and business continuity.
The ISO 9001 standard recognises Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, focusing on our ability to measure up to and improve customer satisfaction as well as service quality requirements.
Each time a project is delivered, Esteem works towards a standard methodology designed to help reduce both the cost and risk associated with complex IT environments.
