In 2002 Esteem was awarded the national prestigious standard ‘Investor in People’ in recognition of our commitment to implementing best practice and our dedication to developing our employees.
The Investor in People standard is not only an exceptional achievement for Esteem as a company, but also for our employees. In 2002 Esteem was recognised after working towards the standard for only eight months, and we were commended for our appraisal techniques, advanced methods of internal communication, high level of recognition given to employees and our ability to identify and act on the training and development needs of individuals within the organisation. The speed at which the standard was achieved reflects Esteem’s dedication and highlights the importance we place on our employees.
In Esteem’s first review, July 2003, we were identified as significantly exceeding the Standard in areas such as how managers develop their teams, manage a diverse workforce and plan team development.
Esteem successfully received re-accreditation in September 2006 illustrating that we continue to put our employees first.
Just another great reason to join Esteem.
