Today, Esteem specialises in delivering a full and comprehensive range of IT services that are designed to care for the entire lifecycle of an IT infrastructure. Since Esteem was founded in 1985, it has proven its success with rapid, sustained growth.

Esteem began life as a hardware reseller trading in Digital hardware equipment before entering into a partnership with Sun Microsystems in 1990, when Sun had only just entered the UK UNIX market. By 1995 Esteem had expanded its range of services, providing basic IT installation, configuration and support to its customers and became one of the first companies in the UK to deliver thin-client solutions based on Citrix and Microsoft technology.

Esteem continued to develop its professional services capabilities and by 2000 had become a focused IT Services Provider delivering a comprehensive range of advanced services including consultancy, design, implementation, software support, maintenance and training. While maintaining its excellent relationships with key partners, Citrix, Microsoft and Sun; Esteem also entered into a new partnership with Dell.

Esteem successfully completed a Management Buy Out in 2004 which has allowed the company to expand further through acquisitions and organic growth. In 2006, Esteem made its first acquisition - Scottish based Access Computing - and has built on Access’s excellent reputation by offering enhanced services and solutions to customers in the Scottish market.

Over the years, Esteem has naturally evolved into the Lifecycle Services provider it is today and works with clients across the public and private sector including Scania (Great Britain), Nottinghamshire Building Society, Leicester City Council, Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, De Vere Hotel and Leisure Ltd, University of Salford, Kent Reliance Building Society, London Borough of Havering, Close Wealth Management and BT.

Our vision for the future is clear: to be a total lifecycle services provider, delivering a full range of services that complements our business solutions and enhances the services we offer to customers, protecting their IT infrastructure investments.
