Expanding Esteem Creates Sixteen New Jobs

As part of its plans for expansion, Esteem Systems, one of the UK’s leading IT services providers, has created sixteen new roles including two new sales roles based in the company’s Scottish office.
Bill Grier and John Taggart join the company as Senior Sales Executive and Sales Associate. The pair will work closely together at Esteem’s Scotland Office near Glasgow. These latest appointments are just two of sixteen new roles created by Esteem since the start of the company’s financial year in July. The company has expanded its Sales, Business Support and Technical departments to enable it to continue to meet the growing service demand created by its rapid growth.
Bill Grier brings with him over 16 years’ experience, specifically in IT and Telecomm sales. He previously worked as an Account Manger for IT services company Online Computer Developments and Thus Plc, a leading provider of voice, data and interactive services. Bill’s new role will involve working with Esteem’s partners such as Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and Citrix, to create opportunities to open up new accounts and expand Esteem’s presence in the Public and Finance sectors.
Bill will be supported by John Taggart who will be working alongside him as a Sales Associate. John has 20 years experience in sales with ten years specifically in IT sales and has previously held positions with Microsoft and Infographics. John will be involved in business development and day-to-day account management providing support to the other members of the sales team, dealing with customer enquiries and providing technical support.
