Esteem Launches New Pro-Active Managed Services With Key Appointment

Edward Gardner, Business Development Manager of Managed Services

As part of its plans to provide pro-active Managed Services to its customers, Esteem Systems, one of the UK’s leading IT infrastructure solutions providers, has appointed Dr Edward Gardner as Business Development Manager of Managed Services.

Edward will be tasked with raising awareness of Esteem’s Managed Services capabilities and developing a stable customer base, with the aim of generating a significant proportion of the company’s annual revenue from this services driven side of the business in the future. His responsibilities will include working closely alongside customers to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction; supporting sales consultants and developing the right infrastructure to enable Esteem to offer Managed Services remotely to organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

Experience gained from spending seven years working for managed services provider, Vistorm, in positions including European Sales Manager, Head of Business Operations and Head of Contract Business will assist Edward in addressing his objective of establishing Esteem as the number one supplier of Managed Service solutions in the UK.

Esteem's Managed Service proposition is supported by a team of highly trained technical consultants working from the company’s secure HQ, and covers everything from responsive technical support and 24x7 server monitoring to intelligent alerting and remote change management for a complete range of customer systems.
