Esteem Implements £1.3 Million Project For Global Consumer Giant

Esteem Systems, one of the UK’s leading IT services providers, has been asked to implement a project worth more than £1.3 million on behalf of one of the world’s leading consumer product giants.
As a result of its global expansion and successful acquisition programme, Esteem’s client was experiencing many IT challenges. With thousands of applications in use across hundreds of different sites, the organisation recognised that in order for employees to work effectively, it would need to consolidate its infrastructure and create a standardised desktop.
Esteem initially undertook a comprehensive audit of the organisation’s users, applications and devices based at more than 200 office sites throughout the UK and Europe. Working to tight timescales, Esteem carried out the audit and presented its findings back to the organisation in record time.
Following the audit, Esteem was then asked to design and implement a scaleable and secure access solution based on Citrix technology. When fully implemented, the solution will enable all users to access a standardised set of applications regardless of their location, or the device they are using.
