Connecting for Health developed the NHS Infrastructure Maturity Model (NIMM), as a tool to help NHS Trusts assess their existing IT infrastructure and develop a roadmap for creating a more manageable and business focused environment in the future.

We can help support you through this process by providing a technology independent assessment of your existing environment against the NIMM framework and developing a detailed architecture, design and project plan to ensure the risk free delivery of a robust and secure environment.

NIMM has also been linked to the NHS Microsoft Framework Agreement and specifically to the allocation of Enterprise Client Access Licences (ECALs), which unlock many of the advanced features of the Microsoft products technologies such as SharePoint, Office Communications Server, SCOM and Exchange 2007.
