Oracle licensing practices leads to mistrust among customers

According to a press release issued this month by Campaign for Clear Licensing, Oracle customers are mistrusting of the software giant’s auditing processes.

The software licensing pressure group released a survey in which customers described their relationship with Oracle as ‘hostile’. Esteem Oracle specialist, Mark Benson, said: “Oracle licensing is known for its complexity and intricacy, which is why it helps to work with an independent advisor who can be the go between with Oracle to make sure you have the right licensing.”
