The Workshop
With your assistance, one of Esteem's consultants will lead a workshop to understand the business and technical objectives for the proposed new infrastructure. Using a blend of consultative discussions and software tools, our consultant will be able to discover necessary information on the current IT infrastructure and its related elements such as security, remote access, management, monitoring and backup processes as part of the exercise. The workshop will consist of the following outline topics:

After the successful completion of the workshop, Esteem will typically deploy a data capture server on your network in order to identify the workload of servers identified for optimisation. It is anticipated that this data collation service should be left in place and remain active for 30 days to ensure we are able to collate information across a typical monthly business cycle, highlighting both the peaks and troughs in your computing requirements.
Following our analysis of your data and the information gathered from our Workshop, Esteem will produce a documented optimisation design and migration methodology, highlighting the possible scenarios which would suit both your IT environment and business objectives. The document will include:
